hi, my name is Yap Sai H***. When i made withdrawn, it shown withdrawn unsuccessful. Many times i try but still fail. So I have sent my identity card & bank statement for prove my account. But still fail to withdrawn. Can you help me to solve my problem? Thank you.

Good day. Kristina. I haven't made any withdrawn before. When i made withdrawn, it's shown withdrawn unsucessful. I have contact them but they ask me to provide the relevant documen (identity card and bank statment)t to prove my identity. I already sent to them but still fail to withdrawn. Thank you.
