Got a vip bonus from www.lunarwin.com in the amount of 1000USD.

I wagered it and won around 50 000USD. If I wanted to withdraw my funds I got the information, that I have to make a deposit of 300USD or more. Once it is done, the system will automatically verify the account and my funds can be withdrawn. Made a deposit and they claimed, that the deposit was under 300usd because of the transaction fees.


During that time I asked about the statues of gaming profile and I was told that if I want to be a premium status player, my deposits have to be at least 500USD.


So eventually I made another deposit that was over 300USD and again wanted to withdraw my funds. Not possible- users who have balance more than 2000USD or account is less than month old, have to be a premium member to withdraw that kind of amount.


Then I referred to a previous conversation, where their online support indicated that 500USD was required to claim premium status. I got a reply: You are right, on November 7, this amount was really $500, but due to the influx of new players, and the lack of restrictions on the number of withdrawals due to the Premium status, it was decided to increase to $ 1000.


So now they have assured me that if I make another deposit and they all add up more than 1000USD, I can withdraw my funds. I do not buy it anymore, but the stakes are high. I can not upload a word document with the conversation.

You can close the case. When I told the online support that I was asking help from you, they put restrictions to my account and I am not able to play anymore-so 100% scam. If something can be done with their licence, it would sure help people for falling into their scam.
