Now, on February 21st, I made another deposit of 10 Euros via Paypal, so with the fee it was a total of 10.35 Euros. This was debited from my bank account. However, it was once again not credited to my customer account. When I reached out via chat, they simply told me, as they have in the past, that they are investigating where the money is. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted. 
If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

If you have struggled with this casino since before you filed complaints on casino.guru, according to your words since October last year, I would recommend you try other online casinos instead of this one.
