Hello

Casino closed my account with my winning. I was in the process of verification. I sent requested documents and was waiting for approval. Casino stated that my account was closed because I have multiple accounts opened but it is not true, I have never opened other account rather than one that I had with casino and that was closed. Please help me to clarify the situation and get back my winning.
