I didn’t have any issues in withdrawing funds last month after fully verified my account .
I couldn’t withdraw my whole winning due to monthly casino payout ($15000) per month .
I did a withdrawal request for $3000 yesterday and they asked me to upload a selfie holding my ID and write a a casino name and date . After too many attempts of taking this magic selfie , the operator Haley confirmed it’s good and asked me to upload it there . The casino used to take them max 15 minuets to check your documents or process withdrawal request and update you if it is approved or not but it’s not happening now . They are giving me hard time in processing my withdrawal request in a hope of keep playing and lose my winning .
