This is the most horrible experience I have ever had. I had winnings of 1k and then received an email it was paid. Checked and hadn’t received anything . Then they told my to wait 6 days and still after the fact recieved nothing. I have emailed support over 5 times with no response. This site is a load of scam. They will take you around in circles and not give you clear communication. I even asked for the prof of the withdrawal been made and they refuse to send. Looks like I’ll never see these funds. Can anyone help on what I can do from here please?

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hi Nick, I have been verified already by them and have received cashouts prior who have only taken 3 days to complete. Today marks day 7 with still no funds in my account. The last time I spoken to them was yesterday and they told me that I need to email support. I have emailed support 6 times now with no response. They have even sent me a remittance which i double checked with the bank to see if there were any hold ups which there aren't. They are now saying this has been escalated to another division which they have told me in the past. Very concerning as the remittance looks legit. What should I do?
