The player from Switzerland requested a withdrawal, but it hasn't been received. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I've been waiting for an Ethereum payout of CHF 4000 since May 16. -
Customer support says the transaction was made via bank transfer. However, they don't even have my account details because I only specified my ETH wallet. Each time it says the issue has been handed over to the finance department and I will be informed. But until today (06/07/22) I have no idea where my money is. I'm always told I should wait a little longer.
