my account on lucky was fully verified ...but after insulting a live chat agent who couldnt provide the reason why a sports bet was settled as a lost....by simply saying ist a loss instead of the reason why my fully verified account was questioned by asking who deposited 32$ back or 2 to 5 months a go via ecoPayz , i cant remember exactly when ..It was my son francis , so they ask francis Id documents,ecopayz transaction even francis has close his ecopayz account,bank statement,a writted letter signed by both of us with bank account numbers on it....until they found one paper that we cant provide....bills,utility bills in the name of Francis...all the bills is in my name

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I hope I understood correctly that your withdrawal has been suspended due to a third-party deposit.

I have checked terms and conditions, and this is what I found (here):


„CURRENCY

All payments to and from the Account must be paid in the currencies available on the Internet Site from time to time and all payments into the Account must be from a payment source on which Player is the named account holder."

 

Please understand that this rule has been breached. Some exceptions might be allowed by casinos when depositing funds from a joint card. If you’re not able to prove that you are a legitimate owner of the payment method, I’m afraid there’s not much we can do for you.

the ecopayz account was in the name of my son , but is now closed..

the real problem is that luckybull is asking for document in the name of my son which will take around 14 business days to get it so during that time we want to stay in toutch

I'm sorry, but the real problem is that you have used a third-party payment method to deposit funds into your casino account which is strictly prohibited in the majority of online casinos.
