I registered in 2024, won the minimum lot size of 10,000 times on a slot machine with my first deposit bonus, cleared 100% of the bonus wagering requirements, and was approved by the casino. When I requested a withdrawal, the money was not deposited. When I inquired about it, I was told that it was the withdrawal company's fault and that the money had already been transferred.

After nearly two months of discussion, the payment company VegaWallet took action, but the casino has ignored both the site management and VegaWallet, and has only contacted me while they are investigating the matter.

Frankly speaking, it is fraud.

Their license is from Malta, but when I looked into it I found that they are also violating Maltese law.
I feel that they may be operating using the credibility of a trusted casino such as Vera John. Japanese players should avoid this site.

This site, in consultation with Vega Wallet, will be subject to civil mediation.
If there are other people like them, it's a violation even within Malta, so it's them.
Rather than just putting up with it, I recommend that you either go through civil mediation or send all correspondence with support to the Malta Casino Regulatory Authority.

I registered at this casino in 2022.
I tried it from 2022 to 2023, but I was never able to withdraw money.
In 2023, the site suddenly stopped connecting and I couldn't contact support.

However, in 2024, offer emails suddenly started coming in, and the site was suddenly revived and started operating.
There was no prior notice about the site closure, which is really unpleasant.

If you receive an offer email, please ignore it. The site will also be shut down at some point.

A very nice layout and the games all run very well without glitches. I was able to implement the bonus. Also had some very big wins. But I haven't received my payout yet and it's taking longer than I thought.
Update: Winnings are paid out in parts. Therefore not recommended. I suppose when you win something big you have to wait months maybe even years for your money. I was initially impressed but the payout policy makes up for it all for me. I cannot recommend this casino more.

Worst casino I've ever played. I've been trying to win my prize for over a year. First I got help from the IBAS complaints office. Unfortunately there is no longer any cooperation with IBAS…. That says it all... They claim things they can't even explain, so they keep the money. HANDS OFF!!

Very poor customer service, very slow withdrawals, hidden terms, IBAS has stopped working with them which means there is nowhere to make a claim if problems arise. MGA will turn the issue to IBAS but IBAS has stopped communicating with them and they DO NOT LIST ANY CONDOR GAMING SITE AS THEIR BUSINESS PARTNERS!

Stay clear of Condor gaming's casinos. They all have the same terms and according to them, they can split withdrawals of more than 5000e into several payments. What they do is split smaller ones too. On top of that, they do not inform when you will be paid and how much each payment will be done. On top of this, they also do not handle new withdrawals before existing ones are cleared and they get an all clear status only when they have paid split payments -> so they decide if it takes a month or three. These are not in their terms, but they claim they are. MGA are checking their license, could be that it will be revoked and they can go back to CURACAO license.
