I made multiple withdrawls and deposits. Seemingly no issues
I recently withdraw $2000 or 0.055 BTC after losing half of it back to the casino. So i do a withdrawl, 48hours later and i still havent received it. It is stuck in "intiated" payment status... Live support telling me there is a processing issue with their payer. Yet cant give me any time frame or updates on my payment, just a very unsettling experience for a very large sum of money.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

Its a BTC WITHDRAWL & deposit with the same
I have never had one take longer then 1 day to process. Thats over the last like 500 transactions to casinos.
If so then i will wait the 14 days.

However, I will set the timer for additional 7 days allowing to casino two full weeks to process the payment and if there’s no development by then, we will intervene.
