Absolutely horrible, there games crash everytime, filefilefilefilefile in the first picture, the game crashed after I placed the bet when I got back in was a 27x , but of course my bet was taken but because the game crashed I lost the money,

Absolutely not recommend this casino to anyone

Hi my account isn't verified, and I also close down the account, because was very frustrating, playing and the games keep on crushing, all I asked Was for the money I deposited, was a little bit over 100 usd,yes the crash happened in all the games I played,(pragmatic games, red tiger games, hacksaw games, no limit games etc...) I did asked for a refund but they say they are looking into it

Hello mtrlucian,

Unless you had any money left, which means you played away your deposit, and your account is now closed, the casino is not obligate to refund anything. You can't experience issues with a casino but still play with the balance and then expect a refund for it.

As you had no remaining balance left, and there is no possible way to provide a relevant evidence regarding your betting history and that the money was not credited or credited incorrectly to you, there isn't much we can do.
