The player from Australia had deposited $4000, won $11,000 and converted a bonus to cash. However, when she tried to withdraw the winnings, they were cancelled without any explanation. The casino's customer service had provided no assistance with the issue. We had invited the casino representative to join the conversation, who then claimed the issue had been resolved directly with the player. Despite our attempts to confirm this with the player, we received no response. Consequently, we had to reject the complaint due to lack of confirmation from the player.

After depositing $4000 to this casino, winning up to $11,000 they cancelled and erased all of my winnings. I converted a bonus to cash and then attempted to withdraw. On multiple occasions I was told this is withdraw able and will be processed shortly. As soon as I went to withdraw it was completely cancelled and I was left with nothing. I spoke to customer support who immediately wanted to end the conversation. No empathy, no willingness to explain what had happened. No explanation as to when this occured.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hi,


My account is verified, this was verified well before the incident week or two before they had no issues with my verification. I had partial bonus which was converted to cash and then multiple further cash deposits. All was okay when they confirmed my balance of $11,000 was withdrawal-able. Then when it goes to process it's cancelled and all of my winnings including the further deposits were cancelled.


Additionally earlier before all of this I had won a side bet for triple aces approximately $440 and they never updated my balance. Later I found they deleted the bet however I had a screenshot and now they are raising a ticket but it took 6 customer support chats to get to this stage. One of them even told me the side bet was a push. There is no push in side bets you either win or lose.
