Had been playing for hours played out my wagering amount and withdraw of $6000 which is max daily to bank account. Had $2k left was mud spin and account was disabled. All funds had been confiscated!

most casinos have a lock on bonus buys if it is over the limit. Not this one! Don’t play here! This was the worst experience! Over $8k taken

Do I understand correctly that you breached the maximum bet rule when playing with your bonus?

Hi Veronica. Yes I used the welcome bonus and although many casinos don’t allow you to buy bonuses the games will lock you out until you lower the bet, others will allow you to play with a bonus… this is what happened in this case. The game kept playing.

I would’ve played for over 6hrs they could have stopped me playing in that time and taken half but to take the whole $10k? I would have still won without the welcome bonus!

I would not be the first player to make this mistake and so the casino needs to make changes to the way it handles things! Really really frustrating for them to take the entire amount. I have found here that it’s easy to be on a winning streak with bonus funds however if I play without bonus funds the games are extremely sour. Seems very dodgy

I have checked the Bonus Terms and this is what I found:

2.2. The maximum bet while wagering is 5 EUR (5 USD, 7.5 CAD, 7.5 AUD, 7.5 NZD, 50 NOK, 25 PLN, 380 RUB, 700 JPY, 90 ZAR, 430 INR, 30 BRL, 0.0003 BTC, 0.004 ETH, 0.07 LTC, 0.05 BCH, 75 DOG, 5 USDT or equivalent in another available currency), unless otherwise specified. The maximum bet limit includes bets doubling after a game round has been completed and bonus rounds (purchased within the game). Breaching the maximum bet rule leads to all winnings from the bonus confiscated.

Our position is closely explained in Fair Gambling Codex. The max bet rule is, in fact, an industry standard, just as the fact that a casino has the right to seize the player's winnings from bonus play after breaking this rule. We prefer not to go against industry standards by penalizing casinos that use the maximum bet rule against players from time to time.

My issue is that they need to use the lock out when playing with a bonus. Many casinos do this. If the bet is above max for bonus then stop the player from playing.


They let me play well after I had wagered the bonus many times over! Took in excess of 10K


annoying as I’ve played at video slots and they paid me out 4K on first deposit bonus


this casino waited till I submitted a withdrawal and then used their rules, better to do it early not wait till they can slam their rules on players. I highly doubt I am the first to have this happen

I understand your frustration and I completely agree that it would be ideal if the software could automatically restrict the maximum bet. This would ensure the safety of all users. However, in reality, players themselves must often be cautious and responsible for monitoring the amount they are betting.

Could you please advise how many times you breached the maximum bet? Did it happen by mistake only once or did you breach it repeatedly?

I have no idea how many times I just played my favourite games. I at least thought I could get some of the winnings post the wagering on bonus.

I guess what i had hoped was that this casino would payout something. I understand I made the error but it was an honest one! All I know is that I could not lose and I continued to win well after the bonus was wagered…


if they showed some kind of good will and offered something I would change my outlook but for now I am in utter disgust at their lack of understanding! 10k and give me back only $100? How on earth does that seem ok

I'm sorry but as I have mentioned before, the maximum bet is a standard in the industry. It would be ideal if all casinos had software that could alert or restrict players from exceeding this limit, but unfortunately, not all casinos have implemented this. Therefore, it is the player's responsibility to ensure they do not go over the maximum bet limit while using bonus funds.
