Case summary

The player from Canada expressed frustration with the casino that advertised a no-deposit bonus but subsequently requested a deposit to access winnings. He questioned the trustworthiness of the casino, emphasizing his long experience with online gambling and highlighting the perceived scams. The Complaints Team clarified that while no-deposit bonuses were designed to allow gameplay without initial deposits, casinos typically required a deposit for withdrawal verification. The player's concerns about transparency in bonus terms were acknowledged, but it was explained that the casino's practices aligned with industry standards, and no further assistance could be provided in this matter.

Do not ever register in this casino.full of scams, and cheating , the no deposit bonus claimed and after winning and made a withdrawal. Now asking to make a deposit to receive your winning. That's full of bullshit.. then why thats called no deposit bonus. , and still o dont mind making deposit. But tell me a reason to trust this casino. At the beginning you guys show your true face . That you guys never worth a trust . So my friends whoever receives an email to register and get no deposit bonus. Please be aware. Do not register please. First of all they take all your winnings that you receive from bonus and then asks to make a deposit. I played in online casino almost 20 years . And see and fraud and full of scams in my life ...shame on you guys lucky 7 casino 👎👎👎👎👎👊👊👊🤜.

Dear Sohail764245,

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I'm sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions to clarify your situation.

Could you please send me a screenshot or a link to the free bonus you activated and played with? If it was a promotional email, kindly forward it to me at veronika.l@casino.guru.

Am I correct in understanding that you have not yet made any deposits to this casino?

Have you passed the full KYC verification?

I hope we will be able to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards

Veronika

Thank you for your email. I have checked the Bonus Terms and Conditions, and this is what I found:

1.7. The maximum withdrawal limit from a no deposit bonus including free spins is 50 EUR. The maximum withdrawal limit from no deposit free spins is 50 EUR. The maximum win restriction persists after the completion of the wagering requirement. The maximum you will ever be able to withdraw from play with funds associated with a (no-deposit) bonus is 50 EUR. An exception can be made for loyal players, and in case of winning, the maximum win amount can be increased. To request a withdrawal, you must fully verify your account and make a minimum deposit.

When a player wins from a no-deposit bonus and wishes to withdraw, casinos usually require a small deposit as part of their verification process. This step ensures that the player is the actual owner of the payment method they intend to use for withdrawals.

The rules for redeeming and cashing out no-deposit bonuses are set by each casino, often for security reasons, and we are unable to request changes to these regulations. We understand this may feel inconvenient, but please remember that as this bonus required no deposit, any decision not to continue will not result in any loss of your own funds.

If there’s anything further we can assist you with, please let me know. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Hi yes I noticed that afterwards. But still it's called no deposit bonus . Then they supposed to name the bonus something else . Its a common sense its called no deposit bonus can you tell me what No deposit actually means and I played online casino in last almost 20 years and and if you check my name I have almost in all casinos that casino guru have in their list, and I never see any bonus that's called no deposit bonus and ask for deposit. It doesn't even make sense

I understand there might be some confusion about no-deposit bonuses, so let me clarify. This type of bonus is designed to give you the opportunity to try out the casino's games without needing to make an initial deposit. It’s essentially a way for you to explore the platform, enjoy some gameplay, and get a feel for the experience.

However, while you can use the no-deposit bonus to win money, the casino typically requires you to deposit before you can withdraw any winnings. This is mainly for security reasons and to verify your payment method. The deposit helps ensure that the casino can properly process any future withdrawals and confirm that your account is fully active.

I hope this helps clear things up. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out.

Hi to verify payment method usually all casino asks for verification documents and 1 of the documents are including payment method verification such as bank statement, and transaction history. So in that case they are not supposed to ask for any deposits to verify the payment method...and for me my verification is also complete it and my account is verified.. so anyways for me as experience casino player for playing over 15 years in my at my experienced in whole years no deposit bonus. Means no deposit at all with that bonus. But still if you want to support the casino, then in that case any explanation I give it to you guys . You guys won't agree so if you want you can close this complaint. And if you guys are not fair with your users I think I will not visit casino guru ever. And regarding the casino I filed complaint about. First of all i spends hours to complete the wagering requirements and all my times wasted and however after wagering done i had over 200$ withdrawable balance and they removed 125$ from my account. But i dont mind that because i knew the maximum win from that bonus is 75$ so i was fine with that. But in future just let them know next time when they advertise any bonus like that tell them to don't put no deposit bonus on title of the bonus and also includes all the requirements of bonus somewhere for people to read and decide whether they use the bonus or not . And stop using making people fool. Thanks for accepting my complaint. But unfortunately very disappointed with casino guru , have a great day bye

Thank you for your detailed response. I understand how frustrating this situation has been, and I appreciate you sharing your experience and concerns.

Regarding your claim, please note that while no-deposit bonuses are advertised as free, the Terms and Conditions often specify additional requirements, such as verifying a payment method, even for withdrawals from no-deposit bonuses. This is a standard industry practice aimed at preventing fraud and ensuring funds are sent to the rightful account owner. If you’re unwilling to complete the verification deposit as per the casino’s Terms and Conditions, we regret to inform you that we cannot assist further in this matter.

I understand your point about clear bonus terms being essential, and I agree that casinos should provide all necessary details upfront to ensure players are fully informed before accepting any offer. Transparency is something we advocate for strongly at Casino Guru.

If there is anything else we can do to help or any additional evidence you'd like to provide, please let me know.

No that was all . And that's what I expected from you guys. Which you guys always support your casinos not the players. Because all casinos give good amount to all platforms like this to advertise their casino . Ofcourse if you guys go against any casino . So no one will give any funds to you guys .

Thank you for your reply.

I am sorry to hear that you feel this way. Please allow me to clarify that Casino Guru is an independent platform dedicated to assisting players and promoting fair gambling practices. We do not receive any funds from casinos for handling complaints, nor do we prioritize their interests over those of players. Our goal is always to find a fair resolution based on the evidence provided and the Terms and Conditions in place.

In this case, the casino’s request aligns with industry standards, which require players to verify their payment methods before a withdrawal. While we understand this might feel inconvenient, these measures are in place to ensure the security of both the players and the casino.

If you believe the casino has acted unfairly beyond the scope of its stated rules, please feel free to provide additional evidence, and we will gladly review it. Otherwise, we regret that we cannot assist you further in this matter.

We appreciate your understanding and wish you the best in your future gaming experiences.

Best regards,

Veronika
