Do not ever register in this casino.full of scams, and cheating , the no deposit bonus claimed and after winning and made a withdrawal. Now asking to make a deposit to receive your winning. That's full of bullshit.. then why thats called no deposit bonus. , and still o dont mind making deposit. But tell me a reason to trust this casino. At the beginning you guys show your true face . That you guys never worth a trust . So my friends whoever receives an email to register and get no deposit bonus. Please be aware. Do not register please. First of all they take all your winnings that you receive from bonus and then asks to make a deposit. I played in online casino almost 20 years . And see and fraud and full of scams in my life ...shame on you guys lucky 7 casino 👎👎👎👎👎👊👊👊🤜.

Dear Sohail764245,

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I'm sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions to clarify your situation.

Could you please send me a screenshot or a link to the free bonus you activated and played with? If it was a promotional email, kindly forward it to me at veronika.l@casino.guru.

Am I correct in understanding that you have not yet made any deposits to this casino?

Have you passed the full KYC verification?

I hope we will be able to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards

Veronika

Thank you for your email. I have checked the Bonus Terms and Conditions, and this is what I found:

1.7. The maximum withdrawal limit from a no deposit bonus including free spins is 50 EUR. The maximum withdrawal limit from no deposit free spins is 50 EUR. The maximum win restriction persists after the completion of the wagering requirement. The maximum you will ever be able to withdraw from play with funds associated with a (no-deposit) bonus is 50 EUR. An exception can be made for loyal players, and in case of winning, the maximum win amount can be increased. To request a withdrawal, you must fully verify your account and make a minimum deposit.

When a player wins from a no-deposit bonus and wishes to withdraw, casinos usually require a small deposit as part of their verification process. This step ensures that the player is the actual owner of the payment method they intend to use for withdrawals.

The rules for redeeming and cashing out no-deposit bonuses are set by each casino, often for security reasons, and we are unable to request changes to these regulations. We understand this may feel inconvenient, but please remember that as this bonus required no deposit, any decision not to continue will not result in any loss of your own funds.

If there’s anything further we can assist you with, please let me know. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Hi yes I noticed that afterwards. But still it's called no deposit bonus . Then they supposed to name the bonus something else . Its a common sense its called no deposit bonus can you tell me what No deposit actually means and I played online casino in last almost 20 years and and if you check my name I have almost in all casinos that casino guru have in their list, and I never see any bonus that's called no deposit bonus and ask for deposit. It doesn't even make sense

I understand there might be some confusion about no-deposit bonuses, so let me clarify. This type of bonus is designed to give you the opportunity to try out the casino's games without needing to make an initial deposit. It’s essentially a way for you to explore the platform, enjoy some gameplay, and get a feel for the experience.

However, while you can use the no-deposit bonus to win money, the casino typically requires you to deposit before you can withdraw any winnings. This is mainly for security reasons and to verify your payment method. The deposit helps ensure that the casino can properly process any future withdrawals and confirm that your account is fully active.

I hope this helps clear things up. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out.
