On 30 may 2022 ive Made a withdrawal of 300 euro’s On luckywins.io.
i did this after depositing 2 times 30 euro.
i was shocked by the fact the casino told me the withdrawal time is 7-21 days.
meanwhile I delevired all the usually needed documents. To speed up the proces. My documents were accepted, my account was checked And all the lights are green.
after 21 working days, And some chats later. I was surprised And also irritated. Not any Message And no money.
Every time someone in the chat told me they send an emergency e-mail to the finance department. And I shouldve had some more patience. Orrr… they told me its very busy ..
ofcourse ive read the terrible reviews. But I had some hope. Now we are 50 + working days later , And i still have no money or update.

As i can see from our e-mail history on 30 may my account was fully verified.
I havent accepted Any bonusses. All my winnings are from real money spins.
Yesterday ive spoken with the casino. They told me the same as the days/weeks before: its busy. A withdrawal needs to go trough a proces. Theyre asking for patience. And They said they would e-mail the finance department.

Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.
Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved."This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members.
