Is this your first ever withdrawal requests from the casino? Is your account already verified? Did you use any bonus to accumulate your winnings?
Please note that if you are not yet verified, you won't be able to withdraw and it might take up to 14 days after successful verification to receive the money, so if you requested only 2 days ago, the casino is still within a good time frame specially if it's your first ever withdrawal request.

my account is verified and I have already received withdrawals of 200-400€. I requested the payout on 02/15/2022 and haven't received anything until now. I can't see the status of the withdrawal either. If you ask in the chat you always get the same answer. If I had found this site before, I would never have played there.

We would like to ask the Lucky Wins Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.
