Hi Kristina. Thanks for your email. Please be informed that it was first time when I was requested withdrawal from Lucky wins casino. Additional, please be informed that I passed all my verification as successful and I fully verified on that website. I already forwarded to you last communication with them. Mostly everyday I have life chat with them where they put mostly all reply as a standard one, that I need to wait wait due to technical problems and it's look like it's a bot who sent me emails and not real customer service support person. Thanks for your support in advance

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease of rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach. I wish I could be of more help.
