I requested on August 9th $2500.00 and another $1200.00 on the 10th of August. I have redeemed winnings before on the platform with no problem. HAVE emailed and texted they on the platform they was responding to them but they haven't in the last 3 weeks

PS: I adjusted the disputed amount from $3,700 to $2,500 after the player confirmed receiving the initial withdrawal.
