I used a No rules bonus. My withdrawal was approved on October 2nd. I’ve received nothing. Also, they only allow you to withdraw $2500 at a time and they take over 2 weeks to verify while money stays on the books. Alllowing it too easy to spend. I lost $30,000 because of that (my fault but scandalous nonetheless) however I managed to hold onto the $2500. I requested a bitcoin withdrawal which is the same way I deposited. Getting the runaround. They are thieves.

The complaint was reopened and closed again as the player contacted us that she has been paid out.


I’d just like to thank you guys for providing this service. I was paid out by Lucky Legends and Dreams. Who knows, they still seem shady, one shouldn’t have to fight for what is theirs. I would just really like to thank you guys though. ~Katie M****
