I submitted a redemption on 6/20/24 it’s still in the review process I contacted support. Emailed and tried calling no response at first then support told me it’s manual process and could take some time and that I could cancel the request and play the game instead of waiting for the refund I’ve gotten several redemptions and now that I’ve won 500 dollars subtracting the 1300 hundred I spent I can not get them to pay me

I sent you several emails Tomas the casino emailed me this morning and said my refund would be processed in 3-7 business days using the same account I signed up with well I signed up with PayPal and I’ve been verified and I’ve received several redemptions instantly and never had a problem that website is a scam and will take your money eventually I sent you some pictures also before the email redemption was in review status now it says redemption successful I have not received any money at all
