As i said in the discussion section. I have won 250 euros and they are refusing to pay me. I have been writing emails to them to which they do not even respond.
I had them on phone the previous week because i had trouble with some of their terms and conditions and they promised me that my next withdrawal will be 10X the deposit instead of 5X. Now that i have won, they refuse to pay and the manager is not available.
The last answer i got was on last Tuesday after i wrote to them to remind them that the withdrawal is 10X the deposit and the manager called me to confirm it will be paid. This was last Tuesday 7th of June. From this day, i have no answers.
My verification is done and i had 2 withdrawals of 100 euros before. But now that i have won 250, they are ghosts.

I have played with a bonus, I deposited 25 euros and I managed to meet the wager requirements and there is 1061 euros withdrawal. I didn't break any rules through the wager, my bets were from 1 to 2 euros. Most were 2 euros.
I know excess will be lost and I should be paid 250 euros. They are not complaining about the 10x deposit win, they just do not answer nor proceed the withdrawal. It has been pending for 9 days now.
The proof I have is the call I received from my manager Michael after I sent them a mail to remind them that the winnings is 10x and not 5x as promised. He left message on my phone and he talks French.
They just don't reply to emails. I talked to chat but all they do is saying they will tell the manager to call me, that the finance team is working on my withdrawal but nothing is done. I think they are ignoring everything until I give up... But I won't, I deposited this amount so I want it back since I won it fairly.

You should change the title of this complaint, it should be more like "withdrawal is delayed" because it is just taking too much time.
