I never had added any bouns to my account, it was the incentive for opening the account.. I played and literally was down to under 10$ and won the 125$ it was listed as cash. The next day a operater when in my account and manually added a bonus making a play through of 3k to withdraw my cash balance.. the conversation between us was a bold lie and bad business practices
