The player from California alleged that he had received an email stating he had won $5,500 from Lucky Creek Casino. After attempts to gather more information from the player, we received no response. Therefore, due to the lack of communication, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

Same email State and clearly that I had one $5,500 from Lucky Creek casino even when I go to the spot to claim it it takes me too lucky clean casino lucky Creek casino but they're disputing it saying that they didn't send the email that affiliate did of theirs but I think that's pretty shady business if someone you're affiliated with sending out f****** emails stating that you clearly won $5,500 and it takes you to the site and they don't want to have the declined it they offered $200 free spins at 25 cents
