i tried multiple time to do a withdrawal with the money i won ( first it was 2000$ , now its 1500$) , my account is fully verified and i make sure of it with 2 different agents!


first they ask me to do the withdrawal with the last method of deposit , wich a did ( VISA) after multiple rejected attempts , the agent told me to do it via my bank account ( wich was also verified ,but my last deposit with it was in november 2024 ) since it didnt work on credit cards for reasons they cannot answer , and its still rejected everytime !


I’m now out of options and the customer services is not really helpful anymore. i feel like im being scam , even if they have fair reviews…

Hey Veronika! after multiples attempt of withdrawing with my visa card , it was finally accepted. It just took more then a week and 6 differents customer service agent to finally find a solution 🥲
