I have won big on this site but having trouble getting my winnings out. It's maximum withdrawal limit is 400 euros every 36 hours and while I have received a few payouts they have rejected other withdrawals using various excuses. Their terms and conditions say u can withdraw 2000 euros per day but this is not the case.. their account managers are very nice but don't seem to have any control over payments.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? How much did you withdraw so far any how much do you still have on your account? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

My account is fully verified over a year but was reverified a few weeks ago due to out of date documents. I currently have 18,850 left in my account and have received approximately 1600 euros over the past few weeks in withdrawals. I accumulated my winnings from a 75 euro prize from one of their lotteries. I last spoke to the casino 2 days ago when they told me I needed a bitcoin account for withdrawals as they were having technical issues with Mastercard. I did this even though I'm not comfortable using bitcoin but it's 36 hours later and I still haven't received my withdrawal. When I log in status is still pending. They rejected a withdrawal as I hadn't made a deposit in 30 days. I made a deposit and had to play through a wager before they would give me a withdrawal. They also rejected a withdrawal as they said they had to check my game play with the game provider. This took a few days and I received a withdrawal a few days later. I worry and feel I will never receive my winnings. Many thanks for looking into this.

Please keep in mind that withdrawals may take up to 14 days. Can you please advise if there's any update with your withdrawal since your last post?

Yes Mastercard seems to be working again and I receive 400 euros every 36 hours.
