I requested a withdrawal on 30/07/2021, I received an email on 02/08/2021 showing that it had been processed, as of today 14th08/2021 I still haven’t received my money, I have sent several emails and various live chats and I get so response from them

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Could you please advise if it was your first withdrawal in this casino? Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed or it has been sent but never reached you?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

"On 30th July 2021i withdrew £1000 and on 13th August I withdrew £400, after several emails and promises to pay I have still not received my winnings the final day for the money was today 23/08/2021 I’ve been email someone called James who kept saying it will be in my account no later then the 23rd

they ignore most of my emails and the live chat say they can’t help"
