I have been a member of the casino for a good few years now, at first they did take their time paying wins and also paying a big win because the casino changed hands and went under new management. I raised the issue with the new management and they payed their win.
I now find the casino a positive experience and they really have their shit together now. Their is better deposit methods, but only bank transfer for paying international wins which takes 3 to 10 days usually the full ten days.
The playing experience like any casino can be positive or negative but hey that's gambling.
The live chat are very friendly and helpful and do allow for additional bonuses if you ask also there is the option if you select it to get automatic bonus. The x20 cash out still stands.
