The player from the Netherlands was able to open another account after asking for self-exclusion. The case was closed as 'unresolved'. Although the player was not entitled to receive the refund, his account should have been blocked when he mentioned the gambling problem.

this casino is a scam they are operating illegaly .first time i won 15 ltc and withdraw i got my money then with the rest of the balance i made another 15 ltc but was not able to withdraw because daily limit so i played it away and lost .i deposited the money i withdraw again and lost that too total of 3500€ in ltc .i contacted chat i told him to close my acount because of gambling addiction he told it is not possible since they are anonymos .but in their terms state that they track your ip to make sure no fraud involved .so i disabled my acount by removing 2 FA security wich will not allow you to log in again .after one week i created an acount with other email and different name i was able to deposit 350€ in ltc and lost this too .when i say they let you win first time and then take all triple back i am not joking .this is done by all casino first time they lure you and give you a win and after that is only losing what ever you do .i contacted them via chat and email requesting my last deposits 350€ it is now 4 weeks no replay at all .they are rude and unrespectfull to players .even if i had won i would not be able to withdraw because my email and name are not matching .i am requesting my last deposits again .for other players dont go near this casino you will not be able to close your acount and the support is nowhere if you face problems.

Please understand, that it is very difficult for anonymous casinos to prevent players with active self-exclusion from opening more accounts. Especially, when you register only with very few details. If you used different information about yourself, the casino couldn't block you effectively even if they tried. I am sorry, but because you didn't create a new account with the same email address, we are not able to help you further in this case.

yesterday i requested again to close my acount wich i created with my own name and email .he told me it was not possible and that i should just not log in .these casinos make millions how is it not possible to put a selfexclusion tool on the site .lost another 500€ impossible to make any profit .how is it possible they can just open a casino with no responsible gaming tools in 2022.every time you chat with them you have to verify your email so what is so anonymos about this casino?if they verify the email and ip adress does that not means that they actually can block you if they want?

Do I understand correctly that you tried to block your second account? Did you lose €500 before or after you requested self-exclusion?

this is my acount number 3 .i requested from acount number 1 selfexclusion all the deposits after this i would not have lost if they just closed and blocked my email and ip adress .i see an other complain here on CG were they blocked player acount for audition so it is posiible for them to block acounts .i lost after the money after asking acount closure .they never send the chat transcript if you requesting it .they send only an email to verify the email and further nothing happens.they encourage me to play

by sending me mirror links in case loggin problems .what kind of people are this ?

Please understand that not all casinos are equipped to block players only based on their IP address. Of course, it would be the best way to prevent players like you from creating more accounts, but this is not an industry standard yet, therefore we cannot expect it.

Nonetheless, anonymous casino or not, we believe that account of a player who asks for self-exclusion due to a gambling problem should be blocked. LTC Casino is anonymous. We do not collect any data excluding email. We have no oppotunity to block player cos we do not do KYC.


Even we can not block anyone by IP cos we accept any kind of proxy, VPN etc.


As I see player was paid according to daily withdrawal limits so I do not see any fault from our side.


Please do not play at LTC Casino if you disagree with our privacy politics. Anonymity is a benefit and e respect this right for the players.

I’d like to point out that although honoring self-exclusion and prohibiting players from creating new gaming accounts in an anonymous casino is a difficult task, we believe that the option to block or close a specific gaming account upon receiving such a request from the holder of the account should be a matter of course in any online casino, especially if they have explicitly stated gambling addiction as the reason for the request.

Could you please state the reason why this option was not available for sardapoor?

this company is a scam total scam.they dont block players they know they will play and scam them .my last win was 1000€ after losing 1700€ and now i deposited 4 x 1200 € i cant get 10€ profit .impossible the screen lags and you see the ball is in the losing number .always next to my winning number even if i play 25 numbers .the winning numbers magicly appear after the balance is zero .

In casino.guru we believe that some industry standards should be set higher. This is one of the reasons why we published our fair gambling codex. It summarizes our opinion about what is fair, and we're judging each casino and complaint accordingly. 


Unfortunately, in this case, the common industry standards were not met. Although we fully agree that the player is not entitled to receive a refund for the other accounts he created, we cannot see any relevant reason why his original account couldn't be blocked after the player directly reached you and informed you about the gambling problem. In most casinos, such an account would be blocked asap, because it is the minimum you can do to help an addicted player. 


Concluding all the information above, I am forced to close this complaint as 'unresolved' with minor penalization since the disputed amount is connected with other accounts (not the original one), but we do not want to ignore the fact that the original account should have been blocked.
