I don't have account verified because I didn't need to. I can access my account. And yes I have had 2 withdraws with bitcoin but both are frozen and I'm not able to get them... like I said chat has been blocked and it's annoying

For 4 weeks that's all I've heard, and at the end of this all, they'll have gotten away with stealing my winnings and yall get another chalk up another complaint close to yalls stats. And all I got was a false hope, lost money, and a people who don't know anything about what I'm dealing with telling me to stopping pitching and be patient

There has been no response from the casino, I will contact them once more as per our complaints policies. I realize that this situation has been ongoing for a long time, but please understand that as a mediation service, there is nothing we can achieve if the casino does not cooperate with us.

 

We would like to ask LTC Casino to respond to this complaint one more time. I will extend the timer for 7 days. If there is no response within the specified timeframe, the complaint will be closed as 'unresolved' and have a negative effect on the rating of the casino.

Previously, the player was warned about using abusive language on our forum. Since the warning did not stop him and he made threats to the casino representatives in a complaint, we had to ban his profile permanently.


Therefore, this complaint will now be closed.
