I submitted a withdrawal request from this casino, but it has not been withdrawn for a long time.

Also, they say they are closed, but I have not received any notice to that effect.

Did you pass the full KYC verification?

When was the last time you communicated with customer support?

I applied for withdrawal on September 21.

I did not use the bonus.

I have passed KYC.

I have not been able to contact customer support at all.

I can log into the casino, but has the management already run away for the night?

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I’m afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side.
