On April 1st Won 500€ and on 08.04. 3000 € since then it was with the account statements and address verification which was then carried out positively after several days.
But the payment is in the process because it is only in progress, if you write to the support it says we will forward it to the credit department.

Please note that it might take up to 14 days after successful verification to receive the money. Also please note that if you have requested for the withdrawal only about a week ago, the casino is still withing a good time frame as I mentioned above, it might take up to 14 days.
