The player's withdrawal is delayed and account closed for unknown reason. The complaint was closed as resolved as the player received his money from the casino.
I requested a payout several days ago until now everything has been going great. Well, now I have turned to the live chat and asked why I am not receiving any money. The chat has been closed and my account has been blocked. Now I can no longer reach anyone

Is your account verified in the casino? Did you use any bonus to accumulate your current balance? Did the casino give you any explanation for your account closure?
Please note that if you are not yet verified, it is a common method at many casino that they close the account until the verification is finished.

I wrote down all the documents weeks ago. I have never played with a bonus on no single deposit. I just asked when the withdrawal would be processed and then my account was closed for no reason by them. I no longer receive an answer via livechat and I no longer receive an answer via email
Update after I showed the message to the authority in Malta via livechat, the account was paid out within an hour, but I don't care

The account is still closed for a reason there is not the money but was paid out because I no longer play anyway the case can be closed
