The player deposited in the casino, but the transaction is displayed as ‚declined‘. The transaction seems to be lost. We closed the complaint because the player didn't reply to our questions.
I deducted €500 on January 8th, 2023 and paid via astropay when I arrived at the casino on January 9th, 2023.
Since then I haven't received a booking and the transaction list says payment declined even though my bank deducted them. Locowin has been stalling me for days. 500€ are gone now, I would like to have them back!

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that might take up to one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
