The player from Ireland had been waiting for more than three weeks for his 800 Euro withdrawal to be processed after account re-verification. There was also another 778.58 Euro in the account that he couldn't access because the initial withdrawal was pending, raising the disputed amount to 1578.94 Euro. We reached out to the player for additional details, however, due to lack of response, we were unable to investigate further. Consequently, the complaint was rejected.

Requested a withdrawal in October for 800 Euro but was requested to send in additional documentation, despite my account already being verified. I promptly provided the additional documentation. About 2 weeks later my account eventually got re-verified and so I was finally able to re-request my withdrawal of 800 Euro on November 1st. Nearly 3 weeks later and the withdrawal is still pending on the account despite attempting to get more information on live chat multiple times. The withdrawal amount is for 800 Euro and there is another 778.58 Euro on my account which I cannot request a withdrawal for until the initial 800 Euro withdrawal has been processed, hence the disputed amount of 1578.94 Euro.
