Despite having submitted his driver's license and ID, the casino had requested a passport copy, which led to confusion. The player did not provide a passport copy and eventually decided to close his account with the casino. As per the player's request, we had closed the complaint without further resolution.

I’m trying to verify my account with this casino, I have submitted my driver license and newly issued ID has all details and they rejected both and asking for passport copy. I’m confused why would they ask for passport when in have submitted valid IDs.


all copy were taking direct from the camera and uploaded to my casino account and clear.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process. 

Could you please advise which documents you have already provided and when exactly did you send the last one? Have you provided all the required documents as soon as possible and in the correct format?

Thank you. Yes all my documents were clear detailed and last one submitted 1 day ago and it was my civil ID and before it was a driver license.
