We rejected this complaint because the player lost his deposits voluntarily, and the casino didn't use the player's country as an excuse to confiscate his winnings.

Hi did a welcome bonus with Lincoln‘s casino unbeknownst to me from my state of Kentucky you cannot play with them however other casinos immediately stop you or they don’t even have the state Kentucky available for picking but not linking they allow you to fully register make a deposit take your deposit and never give it back and then tell you to jump through hoops to get it back even after jumping you still will not get it back they operate outside of the law and whoever allows them to do it should also be reprimanded

We accept the situation when the casino allows players from restricted countries to open an account as long as they don’t use this as an opportunity to later cancel the player’s legitimate winnings. Simply said – if the casino allows players from restricted countries to deposit and play, they should pay out their winnings as well.

Therefore, I would like to emphasize, that we investigate further and help only those players, whose funds (or winnings) have been confiscated due to being from a restricted country. Nevertheless, it doesn’t seem that this is the case here (but correct me if I am wrong, please).

Yes to play at Lincoln casino is illegal hints why they should not allowed me to make deposit and yes casino allow for simulation play not real money however when someone like me did know I should not of been allowed to make deposit further more they still have my money that’s what this is about mistake deposit why not send it right back why all the games and bs I just want what is mine if not that mean it was stolen

Thank you for your reply, Luckydick20 I understand your point of view, but as I said, casinos can accept players from restricted countries as long as they don't use it as an excuse to confiscate their winnings. Of course, the best way to avoid this is to block such players automatically. However, some casinos cannot enforce it on a software level, and in such cases, the correct approach would be to pay the player's winnings and close their account.

Moreover, if you created your account and lost your deposits by your own choice, we don't think you are entitled to a refund. You could lose your money/deposits the same way in any other casino. I am sure that if you won more money than you deposited, you would want your winnings to be paid out, and not deposit refunded, am I right? I am sorry but we have to approach each similar case equally - if the player from a restricted country lost their deposit, they are not entitled to a refund, and if such player accumulated winnings, the casino should pay them out and close their account.

In this case, I can only recommend that you do more thorough research before creating an account and only play in casinos that accept players from your country. I am from a restricted state they took my deposit it will not give it back I have tried to jump through the hoops I’ve sent over the info I’ve done everything that I’m supposed to do I’ve never played at Lincoln casino and I have kept my money

As I said previously, even if you played from a restricted country, you are not entitled to any refunds. You would lose your money the same way in any other casino. I apologize, but since the casino didn't confiscate your winnings due to playing from a restricted country, there is nothing else we could do.
