So I deposited 27$ and won 1,800$. I sent all documents multiple times. As resolution was not good enough all tho zooming in on my state ID held next to my face was clear to read. I sent probly 10× all different.then they redeposited my money. I talked to several live chat people all with different answers to my verification process I'm still waiting to hear back again. Sent another withdrawal and no response yet

- Do not edit the image in any way
- The photo needs to include your full face, head-on, with no distortions, shadows or reflections of light. If someone takes the photo for you, make sure they take it from up close and include as little background as possible (remember, no cropping is permitted)
- When you take the photo of your ID, make sure the photo is clear and close enough to read without cropping or editing
