The player's casino balance was voided for having multiple accounts. The complaint was closed as the player was banned on our website.
I had an account with level up Casino which they had closed I opened a new account under a different email and one money with them try to withdraw the money and they won't let me because after I tried to withdraw that money they had reopened my old account and said I have two political accounts but I have confirmation stating where they closed my account prior to me opening this new account now before I open this new account I had purchased 13 tickets for a draw in my old account they had closed that account just before the draw when I messaged them about this problem they told me they would reimburse me the money for the draw or the ticket sorry that I purchased which I have yet to see now they're telling me I have duplicate accounts they're not giving me anything I recommend nobody ever use this casino this is the worst casino I've ever seen in my life I've put in thousands of dollars into this casino and then they're going to do this to me that is poor customer service.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you use bonuses on both of your accounts? Why did you close your first account? When was the last time you speak to the casino and what was it about?

Okay first off Nick you don't know what you're talking about because it wasn't void for having multiple accounts okay it was void because they accidentally closed my account which they had told me afterwards they did it by accident but what I was pissed off about is I had 13 tickets I spent money on $20 a ticket and I wasn't able to participate in the draw because they closed my account so before you shoot your mouth off why don't you get your facts straight and then see what you have to say after that because they closed my account nothing to do with me nothing to do with multiple accounts so get your facts straight Bud you're a loser

As you still did not answer to any of my previously asked question I guess you are not interested in moving forward in resolving your complaint.
