So, unfortunately, no GURUSUN happened. I couldn't do it at all, and it's not like I've only tried it once. I even waited a few days, then wanted to reset my password so I could either change or add my email address. Unfortunately, no luck. I thought, if I couldn't confirm one account, I'd try a different email address. They immediately recognized it as a duplicate, but could I have sorted it out with them? Absolutely not. Unfortunately, not a great experience, no bonuses, no support. These days, online casinos should be very careful; you find out pretty quickly, and the competition is exorbitant.

So I read a bunch of reviews here and they made it look like people had issues but then it turned out the company gave them their missing money. I've come to realise the complaint reviews are the hoax because the company uses it as a opportunity to trick you into thinking that person eventually received their funds.
Few facts:
- I spent 300AUD and not once, I mean even once, did I reach the minimum withdrawal amount of $100. I figured hey, I'm sure eventually the games will give a decent win and guess what, even after buying maybe 10 of the games (you pay for the bonus games), not once did I get a decent win. As my title states, it's all a hoax.
-Two, be wary of their bonus offer. They give you double you deposit however what they purposefully fail to advise you until after you deposit money is that you're forced to spend X amount (like $1750 for example) before you can actually withdraw any money. So even if you win several hundred, the games will eventually claim it back before you reach your quota to unlock funds withdrawal.
- Finally, the games are really problematic with their return on interest. You practically get 1/4 of your bet on 3 or 4 lines of matching symbols. It's rigged to the core, your wins will never surpass your deposited amount and if they do, it'll be below the $100 minimum required to withdraw.
I'm more than happy to be one of the poor suckers to fall for this scam so I can kindly and with genuine care, warn the rest of you not to fall for the trap.
Avoid!!! Please, for the sake of your own sanity and money, just avoid. Otherwise, find out the hard way.

If you are lucky enough to manage to click on a bonus and it not flick you away from it with no way of seeing it's no longer selected., well once you get the FS bonus, you must check that they have actually awarded you this bonus as 99.9% of time they have not. What you don't know is you have to contact them as soon as you buy the ungiven bonus that they should rightfully give you and not spend a single cent of your hard earnt money and wait and wait and wait 20-30 mins for them to say..... Oh yeah we will reward you with Free spins, like they are doing you a favour..
