The player from Australia is dissatisfied with the casino’s RTP (Return to Player). We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
This casino started off enjoyable nice consistent pays my balance quickly went from $300 to $3000 I was getting excited until I started approaching my required bonus roll over amount I actually thought I was going to have a win but the pays stopped the casino had given me just enough winnings so I could zero the bonus roll over amount and I was left with under $100 left in my account could my luck have just run out or is the casino doing this on purpose
Dear Biggins,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I want to inform you that we cannot make a case solely based on what you are describing. Sometimes you might get lucky and sometimes not; that's how casinos and casino games work. I would recommend reading our article about Payout ratio (RTP): https://casino.guru/learn-about-games-of-chance-rtp-variance.
If you have more information that would help our case, please forward it to me. Unfortunately, at this time, if we don’t have any evidence proving that something unfair is going on, there is nothing we can do. Please do not hesitate to contact me if there is anything else, I could do for you regarding your complaint.
Best regards,
Petronela
Dear Petronela,
I understand how casinos operate and how the machines work how the percentages (RTP) are set in each machine I am 44 years old and I have been on both sides of the table (employee/technician) and patron so don't get me wrong I do have some knowledge in this area.
What I experienced yesterday was just so blatant I played over $2,000 through the machine betting $10 a spin and to only get a couple of pays over my wager ($10) and none over $30 this should not be statistically possible even if the machine was on a down cycle it will still award sporadic pays of minimal to moderate amounts in relation to the wager your machine did not do this there was runs of over 15 spins in a row where there was no pay than a small pay (less than my wager) than another run of nothing in no way can you attribute this to you win some you loose some.
All the evidence you require is recorded in my play logs it's there in black and white right at your finger tips the
Judging By your very generic blanket response I believe you are well aware of this ongoing issue and plan to do nothing about it while ever your able to get away with putting the blame onto luck and in turn increase your profits with this underhanded tactic it's shady practice's like this one that gives the whole industry a bad name.
Sincerely,
Nathan.
