The player from United Kingdom had his account blocked without further explanation. After a closer examination, we ended up rejecting this complaint as unjustified.

So ive been playing at leovegas for a long time now . And well i never do anything bad on my account always keep up to date with everthing i never have any trouble with them. So i get this email saying i broke some terms that my accounts been banned and they said that dont have to say a reason as to why its banned . Then i get another email with list of casinos there sister sites but i dont even play at them let alone heard of them 🤷🏼‍♂️ . And i think am banned for the wrong reason and they said am not allowed to contact them any help would be good thanks

Nope dont have any funds on it can show u the email with list of casinos they put down but i dont have anything to do with them i only play at leo and i never do bad shit on any accounts i have if thats with leo or paddypower so i find it pretty bad ban for nothing i did wrong must be something use could help me with

Please understand that casino has the right to suspend and block any account without further explanation as long as there are no funds being held from players.

Are you serious tho if u go to casinogrounds u can see my wins from that site my bank also has deposits and all i dont even use there sister sites thats why am banned cause why eles should i be banned tho ive been with them over years now i dont get what i did so bad its a joke for what

filethe reason they banned me is cause they think i have accounts on other sites and i dont even have nothing to do with them apart from leo

Thank you very much, Lee, for your reply. I fully understand your frustration, however, as I mentioned earlier, casino can close your account at any time without disclosing the reason. The way I see it, casino didn’t suggest that you have other accounts held on their sister sites, they simply informed you that you will be unable to open any new accounts on those websites. 


Unfortunately, after gathering all the necessary information we are rejecting this complaint us unjustified. Sorry, we were not able to help you with this one, but please, do not hesitate to contact us in the future, if you run into any issues with any other casino. We are here to help.
