The player from India had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings hadn't been obtained up to that day. The player had complained about not receiving his withdrawal, however, the casino had clarified that the player had provided an incorrect purse number in the AstroPay payment system, and the withdrawal had already been processed on their end. We had advised the player to contact AstroPay about the error. Despite extending the response period, the player did not provide further communication, leading us to close the complaint.

Hi Sir ,

I Withdraw my Fund On 29 th Of August but My Payment Not Received In My Astropay account, 9 days have already gone but my payment is not credited yet don't know why and talk to customer care they don't even give any reply and say that your payment is already gone but till now my payment is he hasn't come.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
