Hello, i have deposited 31,800rs on 26/04/2023 but when i want to withdraw my funds after wegering 1x they said my weger is not complete so i weger more and then submit another withdrawal request but they declined my withdrawal and said to rekyc my account ( my account was verifed earlier) and i submitted my documents but after sometime they demand more documents and when i submit these documents they said that documents is not clear.


Please help.

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

There is a option of live verification which I did in 2022 but when I withdraw on 26/04/2023 they ask for astropay profile screenshot and when I give this they ask for selfi with aadhar card, profile open in phone and in paper write 'LEON' and today's date .

But when i give all the documents they said that this image is not clear.

The casino may request re-verification anytime (mostly after 6 or 12 months). If the provided documents were not clear, simply resend them in a better quality. For now it seems like a common verification so I can only recommend to follow the casino's instructions in order to finish the process as fast as possible.
