My withdrawal not coming from leonbet.


i make withdrawal from leonbet 3days ago(20-5-2023) still its showing pending. i ask customer service , they said "your payment is currently pending due to standard verification checks by our security department" But i complete all my verification. Now 3 days finished still its shows pending. all customer service agent ask same answer only. plz help me to get my money sir / mam

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

No mam still I don't receive my withdrawal. Also I don't receive any notification from leonbet. I contact customer care via chat , they all said same answer

But my next all withdrawal all still pending sir. Almost 18days finished still its showing pending only sir.

Hi sir ,


Actually today 30th day from date of waiting my withdrawal. I contact LEON BET customer support via email, they said Saturdays and Sundays not considered working days for withdrawal processing. LEON BET said, wait this process takes maximum 30 days from the date of withdrawal without Saturdays and Sundays. so now i need to wait 10 days more without Saturdays and Sundays.


so i request u to extend timer for 2 weeks ( exact date June 30).

Hi


Today I received one email from Leonbet. They said My account is going to locked permanently due to violation.

And they charge 5% penalty and taken my whole winnings. take my all winning amount. And ask me now make me a withdrawal again now. And they said once it's done my account permanently closed.


Actually my Leonbet account balance Rs 128180. But now 90540 only Remaining.


So i am going to atleast withdraw my remaining funds in my account to my astropay wallet. But my astropay wallet still not received my money. Now they Locked my account also.


They cheat me, first they said i need to wait 30 days for withdrawal verification. But now they taken all my winning and charge 5% penalty. I really really sad from this action.

Hi


I received my balance amount now.


But problem is why they block my account sir. I emailed security team. They ask me due to violation. And they ask me some Fraudulent activities in my account so we decided to close ur account.


But i ask them , how they decide me as a fraud. They ask me the reason is Deposit from another account is deducted so only we close ur account.


Actually I open and register Leon bet . And deposit 100000rs from my husband account. This my husband account. I have no face problem while deposit. And play time also,


once i make request withdrawal, they cancelled my withdrawal and suspended my withdrawal permanently. And they ask me for ID verification and i done my id verification, then they ask me a statement of deposit bank side. I send my husband bank statement also. And they asking my husband id verifications. My husband also done his verifications completely.


After that they ask me to wait for 30 days maximum time duration for processing my withdrawal. So i decide to wait for my payment.


But yesterday is 30th day, still i don't have any update from leonbet. So i decide to contact security team via email. Once i contact security team, next 5 mins they block my account and said my account is locked due to fraudulent activities.


how they aks me as a fraud. I think they all only fraud. They take my winning amount everything.


Actually I deposit 103200 totally. And i play solts games and wins some Money totally i have in my game account balance Rs 128180. Till yesterday. I make withdrawal and wait more than 30 days. Actually my money is hold for him. So they only responsible my money. But they charge me penalty and take my all winnings.


They take my winnings Rs 32480


I really disappointed. They all very cheating peoples , they stolen People Money. Plz take action

Jeyashyamala13, depositing using other person's payment methods is considered as a breach of terms and conditions in almost all of the casinos, so in this case casino has right to forfeit winnings that were obtained this way. In such cases, deposits are usually returned to the same account from where they came, so it is natural that you have received them. Sadly, I cannot help you in this case, so I am forced to reject this complaint.

Sir very very bad sir. They accept my deposit comes from any account but they don't process my withdrawal.

This not good. I have play some other casino they don't rule this.


I really very very disappointed. Leonbet is very very bad choice for casino. They accept deposit from any account, but they don't accept my withdrawal.


Please note sir : Actually that's my husband account only. Not any other third party.


Anyway they stolen my winnings and charge penalty 😞
