Hello because i send to wrong currency (but they getvthe money) they wanted 50€ fee from me to send the money back my deposit was 47€ and i get freespins i play then after freespins was finished they delete my balance it was 65€ they say you can not cancel bonus money but if i dont camcel it i would gave 2 open bonuses and the freespins was not together with bonus money i activate freespins after cancel bonus from deposit bonus but i could play the freespins

Hello i send it they have no bonus history and deposit history is my deposit not standing because it was never creditet to my account


My first problem ist i have deposit 47€ but to the wrong network they still get the money but want 50€ fee to credit the money to my account because it was send to weong network


2 . After i play my deposit freespins they cancel bomus and delete the bonus money it was 60€

Do I understand it correctly that you have entered the wrong address during the deposit and you want the casino to credit it to your account?

Also they deleted the winnings from the deposit bonus but actually you did not deposit as it never arrived to the casino?

Hello atti38,

I'm sorry but if you chose the wrong currency, why would the casino have to add any balance to your account? It was not their fault that the money was not credited to you and if they did not receive the money from you as you entered incorrect information, they are not obligate to credit the money to you.

Of course they geht the money i would not open case if not and there is the other problem that they cancel my freespins wins after winning 60€ from freespins they cancel the bonus money
