The player from Germany used a random name to sign up for an account due to an autofill error. She deposited 600 Euros but has not played any games yet. Yesterday I created an account at the casino and I directly deposited 600 Euros with my Jeton Ewallet. After the deposit I noticed that I accidentally used a random name signing up. The reason is a Google Auto Fillout which saved a name I used as an example on a project. The Name is the only incorrect information, everything else is 100% correct. After I noticed it I directly contacted support and did not place one single bet with my money, so the 600 Euros still remain untouched on my account. I also have uploaded all the correct documents on the account. Then, support wanted me to prove my mobile number by sending a screenshot of the mobile provider, I told them that I can do it but the number I use (for about 10 years now) is registered by my husband (Thomas G*****). They said they could not change the name of my account then. Since then the casino doesnt communicate with me anymore as they say they only speak to the real owner (fake name).

I know it was increadibly stupid not to check my information before depositing, but as all the other information is correct and I am the only one with access to the email used and phone number used I think it has to be possible to refund the money.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Legzo Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Could you please advise if your account is currently open or not? How long after registering did you contact the casino regarding the incorrect details? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please also keep in mind that you can't use a 3rd party phone number to register. Every single document has to be your own in order to verify so I doubt the casino will ever let us play there again. Did you try to request a refund of the deposits?

thank you so much for your response.

To your questions: 1. No, my account is closed, at the moment I dont have any access.

2. I contacted the casino maximum 1 hour after creating the account (all I mentioned happened on November 8th).


Regarding the phone number, it is my actual phone number I use for everyday life. I think my husband bought it in a family pack or something like this. So he has his own number he uses, I have another one I use. They are from the same provider but they all display his name unfortunatley. I tried to request a refund but they say they can only talk with the "real account owner".

Hello mariagfu,

The phone number depends on who's name is it - the contract or billing. If it's on your husband's name, it is not considered as yours and I doubt the casino will ever reopen your account in that case. Did you try to request a refund through e-mail?
