I deposited twice on this site. lost 1st deposit, then deposited again and won just 30 euros. So i'm in the losing side. They asked for so much of documents and I sent them and they approved everything. Now they are asking 31 days to check my activity on my account. I just made 3-4 bets on their site. Nothing to check about my account. This is totally scam procedure and I do not know how such a respected site like casino.guru have them 8.4 rating. This is scam procedure....

My account is less than two weeks old. I played only two different days there. No bonus or nothing else. The sum on my account is less than the sum of the two deposits I made there. My account is fully verified, I even sent a video smiling at them with my passport next to my face... This Legzo casino is connected to other casino like Jet.Casino and although they are the most rated on your otherwise fine review site, they have unfair terms and conditions. I had the same problem with a small sum of money on Jet.Casino and they did not paid me until almost 2 months. They have this rule of 31 business days of reviewing your payout request that is totally scam practice. If you win you are discouraged to play anymore. And I cannot understand why you rate them so high. You can check their trustpilot page, how high they are on real life... Totally scam and I really will check if any other site have a connection to Legzo or Jet.casino to avoid them at any cost and I hope everyone does the same.

Hello. I have provided everything Legzo asked and they have approved them. My account is fully verified. They are "auditing" activity on my account. Maybe I did not explain myself clear. But I had just only 3-4 bets there and to audit that it would take not anymore than 2 minutes. Legzo have UNFAIR terms. They are telling me that they will withheld my funds (which are deposits, no winnings) 31 business days in order to "audit" the activity on my account. This is more than unfair. This is scamming people. And I hope everyone reads this and stays away from Legzo and other casinos of this group.
