I won a decent amount of money with them from a $30 +100% deposit bonus. I put in a request for $700 and waited the 3 days that they say to wait. When i see i didnt get the money i went and seen im still pending. I messaged customer support and they said not to worry they have personally informed financial what was going on and i should get it in next few days. Its now been 2 weeks. They dont respond to any emails. Im still in pending waiting with no real idea of whats going on. I know i am verified due to always making sure i verify before i even bother depositing

I answered all that in the initial complaint report but ok.

This is my first withdrawl from this casino, i do not need further verification as i always make sure im fully verified before i even deposit with any casino. I had a deposit bonus that i had completed the required playthrough amount on. I have jumped through all their hoops i have crossed my T's dotted my I's and still nothing. They obviously just want to scam people
