I withdrew winnings (not attached to bonus) to the same destination wallet I had smash the deposit with. It did not immediately go through as majority of crypto casinos do. I inquired as to this and the casino said they had "launched an investigation". They did not say what it was for . They said it would take up to five business days , which would have brought us to Tuesday of this week. I still have not heard from them. I have sent multiple emails that have gone unanswered. I haven’t received any Kyc requests or requests for additional information. They are simply not responding my request to get my money.
