The player from United States has experienced technical problems while playing the live Blackjack Roulette. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I’ve had multiple issues with this casino.

three separate incidents now and nothing was fixed.

the first incident was while playing live black jack money disappeared from my account while I was making a bet on a hand I bet $75 on a hand and my balance went from $350.00 to $93.00 I immediately contacted security and told them about it and they said they passed it on to live dealer support and then I heard nothing!

the second incident was also money taken from my account. $250.00 was withdrawn from my account while playing live black jack . I was playing and the deal was in progress but I couldn’t bet or stand and the system kept playing without me and I was not on re-bet.. before I could leave the table the game played without me and took $250 from my account. I contacted security and they told me this would be looked into by dealer support and I was supposed to hear back within 48 hours and I never heard a thing.

the Third incident was also while playing live black jack. I was playing the last position on the table I had ACE, 2, it came to me which I was going to obviously take a hit and it skipped right passed me and the dealer took the card which was actually an 8 and gave the dealer who also had 13 by the way 21 so it took my money which at the time was $50 dollar bet and everyone else’s at the table I again contacted security and never heard a thing.

This casino is the same exact casino and live table as your highly #1 rated wild casino by the way!!
